A Guide to Fundraising Applications with Miles Philips Consulting.
This session is aimed at anyone working within the voluntary and community sector who writes funding applications for their organisation. Delegates will learn the key elements of a great application, and understand how to get the most out of the Charity Commission web site and the annual accounts of Trust and Foundations. We will explain how to communicate your story to move funders to give, highlight the importance of stewardship, and explore the benefits of research and evidencing need. This will be a relaxed and informal session - delegates will have the opportunity to audit current practices and there will be plenty of time to ask questions.
It's being held on Wednesday 24th January, from 10am to 1pm at Miles Philips Consulting, near Langport, admission is £30.
