People need help for different reasons. Some need 24 hour care. Others need someone to walk their dog, do their shopping or help them to get out and about.
Paid care workers, or Micro-Providers, are self-employed individuals who manage their own time as part of the Wincanton Cares initiative. They get to understand the needs of people so that they can help them lead the life they would like.
The Balsam Centre, a partner in this work, are looking for someone to support local Micro-Providers, strengthen community led care, and help residents across BA9 access safe, high quality support.
