The pathways to mental health support in Somerset can be difficult to navigate.

Join us for this in-person event, where we will bring together professionals from across the mental health, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE), and children & young people sectors to:

  • Build shared understanding of routes into support
  • Clarify thresholds and decision-making
  • Strengthen trauma-informed practice across Somerset

This blended learning day responds to identified gaps in understanding around where, when, and how people should access different forms of crisis and mental health support.

We’ll be joined by Carly Eggar, an Associate Trainer with Mind in Somerset and the founder of The SustainAble Human Work Hub.

With over 15 years’ experience as a trainer and coach, Carly specialises in workplace mental health, neurodiversity and wellbeing. Through her recent collaboration with Mind in Somerset, she has helped further awareness and practical understanding of neurodiversity and mental health in the workplace and wider community.

For more information, please email mentalhealthnetwork@sparksomerset.org.uk.

Tickets for this event are freely available to staff and volunteers from charities and organisations in Somerset, and will be of particular interest to those who support the mental wellbeing of others.
