A free networking event for those working or volunteering in the Glastonbury area to support those living with dementia, their families and carers.

Please join us for a morning of discussion, training, and to explore how we can work together to improve support.

We will be joined by Jacquie Cross and Sandra Temple from West Mendip PCN and Deb Gompertz from the NHS Complex Care Team who will talk about their work supporting those with dementia.

The event will conclude with our book club (please bring any recommended reads you may have around caring or living with dementia) and a networking lunch.

There is also the opportunity for you to bring your own information stand so you can share your organisation’s work with others.
