Help bring neurodivergent adults and children together.

Love Community CIC  is looking for a part-time Accessibility & Inclusion Worker to join their growing GameChanger project across Somerset.

GameChanger uses video gaming as a way to bring people together – particularly neurodivergent adults, people with learning disabilities and those who often feel left out of traditional social spaces. It’s about connection, belonging and creating genuinely welcoming environments.

The Accessibility & Inclusion Worker will help set up and run weekly sessions, support participants and volunteers, create calm and inclusive spaces, and play a key role in making sure everyone feels safe, respected and able to take part in their own way.

The successful candidate will be warm, patient and inclusive, and confident supporting people with different access needs. Additionally, they will be happy to set up equipment and creating quiet spaces.

Sessions currently run in Taunton, Bridgwater, Yeovil and Glastonbury, so access to your own transport would be an advantage.

If you care about accessibility, believe in the power of play and connection, and want to be part of something that genuinely makes a difference, Love Community CIC would love to hear from you.
