SWEDA are looking for a reliable Administrator to support the needs of their team.
Working from their Shepton Mallet office, the highly-skilled individual will have an outgoing and friendly personality, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The post-holder will be responsible for the administrative duties of the charity, as well as front-of-house and communications. They will also assist with office coordination, allocating rooms to staff and volunteers, and supporting with the logistics for training and staff events.
The successful candidate will be highly-organised, with a demonstrable skill set in cultivating a smooth and effective office environment. They will also have excellent IT skills and digital knowledge, as well as discretion and an understanding of confidentiality.
