The post-holder will be part of the Resilient Communities Team, helping bring people, services and decision-makers together so that people’s experiences are heard and make a difference.
The successful candidate will work closely with ethnically diverse communities across Somerset. They will build trusted relationships, help people get involved, and support them to have a voice in what happens in their local areas. They’ll also support community leaders, deliver training, and work with organisations, schools and young people to build understanding and inclusion.
