The charity are looking for a part-time Receptionist to cover their busy reception area on Fridays.
The Receptionist has a key role in front of house as the first point of contact for people coming into the Centre, with the post-holder responsible for the routine running of Reception.
They will answer phone calls and emails, and meet and greet visitors to the Centre. They will manage and update the booking diary, take initial enquiries from those seeking support from Open Mental Health Wellbeing Workers, and liaise with the Centre Administrator, Finance Manager and other Reception staff to ensure the smooth running of the wider Centre.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with confidence in using IT systems.
