Senior Recovery Navigator

Do you have compassion and empathy for people who are struggling with their mental wellbeing? If so, you might who Second Step are looking for.

Second Step are a charity that provides good quality housing and support services to people with mental health and other related support needs. Their aim is to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health and other support needs to help them achieve their hopes and ambitions.

They are looking for a Senior Recovery Navigator to join their team as part of their Safe Haven service in Weston-super-Mare, offering short-term support to clients during episodes of emotional distress.

The successful candidate will have have experience of working with people with mental health and complex needs, and of carrying out needs and risks assessments. They will need to take a holistic view, with a recovery and psychologically informed approach.

Salary: £29,038 (pro rata)
