A Deeper Look at Google Analytics 4

Date: Monday, 18 November

A more detailed look at some of the tools and functionality of the Google platform.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is the next generation of Google software which collects data from both websites and apps to help you better understand the customer journey of your website users.

Join us for this in-depth, 2.5 hour follow-up on the key features of GA4, where we will cover how to:

  • Create custom reports and report templates, using the Spark Somerset account as a live example
  • Track website user demographics and interests, and how to segment your users for better targeting
  • Track the downloads of PDFs and other documents, set up custom events and manage goals

About the trainer
