About the trainer
Your trainer for this session will be Giles Vicat, a senior advisor and mediator in ACAS South West England, based on the Devon/Cornwall border. Giles joined ACAS in 1995, and has held a broad range of posts covering dispute resolution, policy, and employment law and good practice. He has had extensive experience of advising and training organisations in all aspects of employment relations both in the UK and abroad.
