The VCFSE Somerset Dementia Partnership is a network of voluntary sector organisations committed to supporting those living with dementia, their carers and families.
With over 60 voluntary, community faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations represented, the partnership aims to develop new ways of working and supporting our statutory colleagues through collaborative working. We are a lead organisation within the Somerset Dementia Wellbeing Service, helping to steer and shape priority work such as Carers Education Programmes and information packs for those with a new diagnosis.
The Somerset Dementia Partnership meets online and in person to discuss on a range of topics and provides a space to network and build relationships across the dementia support system.
