Help shape Somerset’s Vision for Volunteering

Take part in a 1:1 interview and share your experience of engaging with volunteers

On Tuesday 1 July, we welcomed over 50 people to a special event marking the beginning of Somerset’s first Vision for Volunteering.

Hosted by consultants Gethyn Williams and Ruth Leonard, we explored findings from our recent research into the local volunteering landscape and discussed what comes next for this exciting initiative.

You can watch a recording of the event here.

The Vision aims to create a future where volunteering is more accessible, equitable, and valued. To build something that meets the needs of you and your volunteers, collaboration is key. That’s why Gethyn and Ruth are having deeper conversations with groups and individuals over the coming months.

If you’re interested in a one-to-one discussion or you know of a group or network we can talk to, we would love to hear from you. Please complete our online form and we will be in touch.
