Thrive are looking for a dynamic and efficient Administration Officer who will be at the heart of their daily operations.
The post-holder will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing essential administrative, HR and operational support, and contributing to the positive culture and success of Thrive. They will also provide admin support for fundraising activities, including mailouts, campaign logistics, and donor communications, and support the leadership team in planning and delivering major operational projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, as well as strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, they will be able to demonstrate high IT literacy, and an ability to work with Microsoft systems and other digital
platforms.
