The Finance Manager will be the financial heartbeat of Young Somerset, helping the charity make smart, sustainable choices that let them grow their impact.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in financial management or a similar role. They will have a good grasp of financial frameworks, compliance, and reporting, with a head for strategy and an eye for detail.

Full time or part-time/term time hours will be considered.
