It’s an exciting time to join the Philanthropy and Marketing Team at Somerset Community Foundation.

The organisation are launching a 10-year plan to significantly increase the amount of funding available for Somerset communities.

The Senior Supporter Engagement Manager will be an important role within this plan, delivering an outstanding donor experience and ensuring their supporters feel engaged, inspired and motivated to give through Somerset Community Foundation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track-record of executing successful fundraising strategies to grow income over time from legacies, individual giving or mid-level/major donors. They will also have experience of creating and delivering donor stewardship plans and/or donor journeys, although similar transferable experience such as working on customer journeys in a business environment will be considered.
