YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for a Team Leader to steer their Supported Accommodation team, build positive relationships with their young service users, and provide a supportive environment where they can make steps to move on to greater independence and achieve goals that matter to them.

The postholder will work collaboratively with and lead staff teams to build professional and trusting relationships with young people, colleagues and other relevant agencies. The role also involves modelling, developing and encouraging positive behaviours to young people and team members to ensure that young people can be manage their accommodation effectively, whilst fostering and working towards a sustainable, long-term positive outcome.
