Brainwave are growing and evolving their systems, processes and long-term financial planning. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager: Finance to ensure the charity remains financially sound, and influence how they use financial insight to drive organisational performance.
The post-holder will produce accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, forecasts, and cash-flow projects. They will also lead on the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, maintain and improve financial systems, and ensure compliance with Charity Commission requirements, and all HMRC obligations.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a charity finance roll, with at least two years’ experience in a senior finance position. They will have knowledge on supporting tenders, bids, or fundraising financials, as well as an understanding of digital tools and emerging technologies relating to financial efficiency.
