The people that turn to Citizens Advice Somerset need help overcoming an obstacle in their lives and you can be key to them getting the money and debt advice they need in the quickest, easiest, and most effective way.
This role will support people in the local community through the provision of holistic Money, Debt and Budgeting Advice, including income maximisation.
This vacancy is open to people who are qualified to deliver money/debt advice or are keen to receive training to qualify. The development pathway for this role leads to an accredited debt adviser qualification, up to authorised Debt Relief Order intermediary status.
This role will be suitable for someone that has excellent people and communication skills, with an aptitude for learning and an ability to complete the adviser training programme within the learning framework timetable. Our training programme includes both online and in person modules.
