Take Art is looking for an experienced and highly organised General Manager to play a key role in the effective day-to-day running of the organisation. They’re looking with someone with the following:
• HR knowledge and experience
• Finance skills and experience
• Knowledge and proven experience of setting up and running efficient office systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proven administrative skills
• Experience of database management
• Intuitive knowledge of IT and software developments and systems
• Understanding of Health and Safety, risk assessments and GDPR
• Excellent advocacy, diplomacy, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to multi-task
• Driving licence and own transport
