This pivotal role is ideal for someone who works well in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about supporting a mission-driven charity. You will work closely with colleagues across all levels, providing essential administrative, HR and operational support, and contributing to the positive culture and success of Thrive.

The post-holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of Thrive’s operations. They will support fundraising activities such as mailouts, campaign logistics and donor communications, and help with project management activities. Additionally, they will support Thrive’s Board of Trustees to arrange meetings and take minutes, and assist the CEO with diary management.
