A big part of our role at Spark Somerset is speaking up for the voluntary sector, and one topic that keeps coming up in conversations is finances.
Our last State of the Sector survey painted a challenging picture, with many groups facing low reserves, rising costs, and increased competition for funding. We’re keen to find out whether this still reflects the reality on the ground, so we can have informed, evidence-based conversations with funders and commissioners and make sure we’re offering the right kind of support.
