An introductory session into this vital principle.
The key benefit of a Person-Centred Approach is empowerment through simplicity, positively impacting everyone’s wellbeing.
Join us for this introductory session, lead by Sam Roche and Gemma Adams from Watch CIO, to explore if further training in this approach would be right for you and your organsiation.
During this session, we will explore connection and disconnection into being, not doing, person centred. We will also touch upon the curious questions that invite you to think about what connects you to being more person centred:
- What does a person-centred approach mean to you?
- Why use a person-centred approach?
- When and where have you experienced it and what have the challenges been?
- What do you value and then how does this marry in with the core conditions for being person centred?
- What are the core conditions? What do they mean and how do they feel?
