ShareSpace is an online platform for VCFSE organisations in Somerset.
We know how valuable it is to connect at events, forums, and training sessions. ShareSpace was created to help you continue those important conversations and collaborations virtually and at any time.
What is ShareSpace?
VCFSE ShareSpace is an online platform where you can:
- Connect with peers across the sector
- Access and share resources, templates, and toolkits
- Share your own materials and insights
- Ask questions, start discussions, and offer support
- Find local events and promote your own
How to Get Started
Joining ShareSpace is quick and easy – you just need to complete the short registration form.
You’ll receive a welcome email, and a copy of the ShareSpace Terms of Use. You’ll then be able to log in to the platform and begin exploring the channels, resources and conversations.
What you’ll find on ShareSpace
The platform is organised into topic areas to help you locate what you need. These include:
- Children and young people
- Digital
- Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI)
- Funding and finance
- Governance
- HR
- Marketing
- Older people
- Operations
- Safeguarding
- Training
- Volunteers and trustees
- Forums
- Plus a directory of specialist support
Each area has its own Microsoft Teams channel where you can ask questions, share information and connect with people with similar interests.

- Add your events and training to the ShareSpace calendar
- Browse the Resource Hub for useful links, tools and information
