YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and flexible people who are keen to develop their skills and knowledge of working in housing to support their housing projects across Bridgwater, Highbridge, Taunton and Minehead.
Working in partnership with Somerset, North Somerset and Mid Devon Councils, YMCA Dulverton Group deliver a number of supported accommodation options for young people aged 16-24 and those 18+ who are experiencing homelessness and/or rough sleeping.
As a Bank Accommodation & Support Enabler, you’ll excel in maintaining precise records of support for a dedicated case load, offering guidance on all facets of independent living. Additionally, you’ll oversee individual rent accounts, supporting residents in budgeting to ensure the sustainability of successful tenancies.
