NHS Somerset are exploring how community spaces could be shared with the VCFSE sector to support health and wellbeing activities.
They are conducting a short online survey to help them understand:
- Whether VCFSE organisations have space available within their buildings that could be used by the NHS
- Whether VCFSE organisations would benefit from using NHS spaces, such as GP practices
- Any ideas you may have for collaborative working between the NHS and VCFSE sector that could be supported through shared spaces
The survey will close at 12 noon on Monday 22 May and you can take part here.
This work is linked to the new Neighbourhood Health Framework, which aims to move more care into communities through closer working between the NHS, local authorities, and community organisations.
