Join others working across health, social care and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector (VCFSE) supporting people living with dementia, their families and carers.
We will discuss a range of topics relevant to those supporting people living with dementia and their families and carers, and will hear from a range of groups including Wells Dementia Action Alliance, Mendip Adult Social Care Neighbourhood Team, SingFit and Steve Shelley-King, Consultant Dementia Nurse at Gloucester Health and Care.
The day will end with a complimentary networking lunch, and the opportunity for you to bring your own information stand to share your organisation’s work with others.
