The post-holder will be pivotal in helping people reach their full potential, planning activities and liaising with other Wellbeing Coordinators across the partnership.
The successful candidate will be trustworthy and discrete, with excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills. They will be able to supervise and motivate volunteers, be able to multitask, and take initiative when required.
