AI is everywhere, and the conversation around it can leave many of us unsure on how it can be used in our day-to-day work life.

Join us for this half-day, online workshop that aims to cut through the noise and focus on what AI actually is.

You will explore AI in plain English, with practical examples that show how it can support work and life, not replace people. You will also see how AI can turn raw information or datasets into structured presentations, and how it can support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps that are clear, usable, and easy to maintain.

Take part in practical, interactive tasks such as:

  • Survey analysis
  • Presentation creation
  • Simple process mapping such as job descriptions and HR workflows

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Understand what AI is (and isn’t)
  • Know where it’s genuinely useful in your day-to-day work
  • Explore what “good” looks like in practice
