Citizens Advice Somerset have an exciting opportunity to bring their ambitious plans to life through the Somerset Crisis and Resilience Alliance.

The Programme Development Manager for this initiative will be instrumental in driving collaboration, impact and innovation, providing life-changing support for those experiencing financial distress.

This is a unique, voluntary and statutory partnership leading the way in transforming the support available to those at risk of financial vulnerability or crisis.

The successful candidate will be someone that can build trusted relationships across sectors, with experience of managing partnerships and voluntary sector service delivery.

Ideally the Programme Development Manager will bring an understanding of best practice in building individual financial resilience including the Financial Conduct Authority standards for money and debt advice.
