Provide advice and assistance to people in Somerset across a range of topics.

Citizens Advice Somerset are looking for trainee or qualified Community Advisers who meet the AQS adviser standard. 

The development pathway for this role leads to becoming a qualified adviser with the scope to progress to caseworker level.

You will be empathetic and take a person-centred approach to your work, adapting to the needs of each individual client.

You will have the ability to understand written and oral information of some complexity; have good numeracy skills (sufficient to compile accurate financial statements and calculate benefits) and be confident using IT and cloud-based systems.

You will be organised, able to use your initiative, and work effectively as part of a multi-service team.
