Heads Up Somerset is an award-winning mental health charity supporting clients with their mental wellbeing and those suffering with dementia.
They are currently recruiting for an Community Outreach Bank Worker, committed to providing a high standard of support to all who access the charity’s services.
The Community Outreach Bank Support Worker will deliver support to meet the needs of individual clients within the local community, in line with their support plan and consistent with the policies, ethos and objectives of Heads Up Somerset.
They will support clients to access services within the community, monitor and evaluate their progress, and contribute to audits and surveys as needed.
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience working with people experiencing mental health issues. They will also be an effective communicator, with a commitment to the principles and practice of support for people with mental health needs.
