The Crisis & Resilience Fund exists to offer targeted support to low-income households who have experienced a financial shock.
The Citizens Advice Somerset (CAS) Resilience team provides targeted advice and casework to people/households who are at risk of financial vulnerability or who have received a crisis payment to alleviate financial distress.
The Team Leader will co-ordinate the work of the Resilience Team providing direct supervision and practical assistance to the advisers and caseworkers, and maintain their own client caseload. They’ll also develop relationships with the wider support provision in Somerset.
The role will suit an experienced adviser who is a confident communicator, with great organisation skills, and the ability to coach/support team members whilst also ensuring CAS meet their targets.
