A networking event for those supporting those living with dementia, their families and carers in the Bridgwater area.
Join others working across health, social care and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector (VCFSE) supporting people living with dementia, their families and carers.
We will discuss a range of topics relevant to those supporting people living with dementia and their families and carers, and will hear from a range of groups including Chase Mnatzaganian from SARI, who will lead a short Hate Crime training session.
The day will end with a complimentary networking lunch, and the opportunity for you to bring your own information stand to share your organisation’s work with others.
