The Trust are looking for a Community Outreach Lead to help design, develop, and lead their homelessness outreach offer — creating something responsive, flexible, and rooted in the community.
The postholder will work directly with people experiencing homelessness, build strong partnerships with local services, and line manage and support a small team of staff and volunteers. They will play a key role in shaping how this growing service operates.
The successful candidate will have experience in homelessness, outreach, or complex needs support, with strong safeguarding knowledge and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
