Could you help lead a Christian theatre charity into the future?
Oddments Theatre tour drama productions with a Christian message across churches, schools and prisons in the UK.
They are seeking a new Director who will work alongside their current lead in a deputy tole for six to nine months before taking over responsibility for the charity.
Day-to-day responsibilities include management of the administrative staff and Team Lead, as well as planning and producing of shows. The post-holder will also manage finances, implement policy & procedures, and promote the charity whenever possible – including at Christian conferences.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience, and knowledge of the theatre and what makes a show impactful and engaging. They will also Be confident, sociable, and able to adapt to unexpected situations quickly.
