Age UK Somerset are passionate about their Ageing Well and Falls Prevention services and the positive impact they have on the lives of older people in the county.
The charity are looking for someone with demonstrable success in managing a customer-facing service to provide clear leader and support to the team making a real difference to people’s lives.
The post-holder will oversee the daily operation in collaboration with service Coordinators and Administrators. They will monitor class participation, develop and launch new classes, and maintain good working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have proven experience running a customer-facing service, a solid understanding of budgets, and first-class organisational skills.
