Explore how you can make recruitment more inclusive - from job adverts and application processes to interviews and onboarding.
Reasonable adjustments are ways in which we can change our working environment or arrangements to make sure what we do is as accessible and inclusive as possible. From members of staff and volunteers to service users, these changes should remove disadvantages at all levels.
But how do we get started, and what can we do to ensure we’re making our services truly accessible?
Join us for a practical introduction to inclusive recruitment, designed to help charities and nonprofit organisations attract, recruit and retain a wider range of talented people.
Recruitment practices, from job adverts and application processes to interviews and onboarding, can unintentionally create barriers for disabled and neurodivergent candidates. We will share practical, achievable approaches that support fairer recruitment, improve candidate experiences and help organisations build more inclusive workplaces.
