Connect Community Trust (CCT) is a respected charity dedicated to providing person-centred support to people with complex needs. They are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of those they support. As an organisation, CCT place great value on their staff, fostering a supportive, inclusive culture where individuals feel valued, empowered, and able to thrive.

The Dairy House service is a 7-bed direct access hostel near Radstock that supports individuals with a range of complex needs, including homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use. The charity are looking for compassionate people to join their growing team and fill the following roles:

  • Hostel / Service Lead
  • Senior Support Worker
  • Support Worker
  • Part-time, weekend, and bank workers

Applicants must have at least one year’s experience working within the homeless sector.

Please note: role appointments are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
